This was the first chance I've had to speak to readers about Crescendo in person. It follows the fortunes of two siblings, Jamie and Caz, who have to navigate a family tragedy and come to realise that being an adult doesn't come with a manual. Set in North Yorkshire in the 1990s, Crescendo is a darkly funny tale about loss, dysfunctional families - and a broken grand piano.

I'm so excited that Crescendo will be available to buy from 11th November. I began writing it in 2020 when we were all staying indoors, finding inspiration from the beautiful North Yorkshire scenery that I knew was still out there. Can't wait to share it with you!
